CLUEDO "DEATH BY INDULGENCE" (1997)

The only CLUEDO with a sell by date. Unfortunately, that was 1999 so cannot ever play this the way it should have been played!

The idea here is exactly the same as normal CLUEDO but with chocolate pieces.

Pictured above are the playing pieces. The top two are character pieces that are kept by the player playing that character. The next two down are weapon pieces and are moved around as an accusation is made as normal. Under that to the right is a gold "Food for Thought" piece. 4 of these are placed in each room at the beginning of the game and each player can eat one as they enter a room and ponder. :) To the left of that are the playing pieces. Finally, below them are the detective notes pads and the back design of the playing cards.

When a final accusation is proved correct the winning player can then scoff the remaining "Food for Thought" chocs and all the weapons.....greedy pig! Each player eats their own character choc too.

The character cards are much smaller and resemble the 1996 edition.

For this edition there are only six room cards as the board is much smaller and just a folded piece of card. The rooms are Hall, Lounge, Kitchen, Ballroom, Dining Room & Study missing out the Conservatory, Billiard Room and Library.

The game that IS good enough to eat but unable to as the chocs are 5 years out of date!!  Ah Well!!!
