Introduced by Richard Madeley
For this season the cast were as follows:-
Colonel Mustard - Leslie Grantham
Reverend Green - Nicholas Parsons
The Rooms were the Dining Room, Drawing Room, Billiard Room, Library, Kitchen & Study.
There were a couple of changes for this final season of CLUEDO. The opening scene each week featured Richard Madeley walking through Arlington Grange giving some background to the forthcoming story, ending up in The Study where the weapons were laid out. After watching the story, the sleuths were asked for an instinctive reaction to the crime before questioning the suspects. The other major change was a preview of the murder so viewers had the choice of keeping their eyes closed and playing at home or watching the short sequence and continue watching with full knowledge of the murderer, weapon and room.
1. Finders Keepers by Russell T. Davies with Ray Lonnen
as Jake Swithin

Later, the Peacock Family seal is discovered among the relics and it transpires that the Peacock family were behind the theft. Swithin tells Mrs. Peacock that it would make a good newspaper headline. Miss Scarlett who had been Swithins lover is shocked to find that Swithin owns home videos they made together and he plans to make them public. Finally, Professor Plum tells Mrs. Peacock that a best selling book by him about the Peacock Family was totally made up and he faces ruin and ridicule when the truth comes to light. When he also turns against Mrs. White, who more or less brought him up from a child, it seems his days are numbered....

Costello has a conversation with Mrs. White who tells her of her nephew, Frankie, who died when a ship he was on was deliberately sunk. Mrs. White then discovers that Candice's Father was responsible for this. Finally, Candice accuses Plum of making her best friend pregnant in 1975 and then deserting her. Scarlett looks shocked but says it was only a headlamp. During a Tarot Card reading, Marjory tells Mrs. White that an abandoned child is lonely and crying out for her. Marjory turns the next card and says the Fires of Hell are casting their light on Mrs. Peacock. Earlier she had been seen with an insurance valuation for Arlington. The sum is four and a half million pounds. She laughs and burns the accompanying picture of Arlington Grange. Next, she claims Colonel Mustard is full of anger and has blood on his hands. Earlier we have seen Mustard obviously involved with dodgy dealings but has been paid in counterfeit notes. He is seen on the phones ordering the counterfeiter to be "taken care of"! Professor Plum is next and Marjory tells him Plague and Pestilence follow him. He was seen earlier trying out a new mustard gas on Mrs. White's goldfish who immediately die. Professor Plum has plans for a Killing Free Safari Park and offered Mrs. White a partnership - with her money. However, Miss Scarlett's new Beau is financial advisor Terry Radcliffe who persuades Mrs. White to put all her money into stocks that will make her a millionaire thus thwarting Mrs. Peacock and Professor Plum. Meanwhile, Reverend Green realises that Radcliffe is, in reality, Roger H. Ellis. A few years previously, Green misappropriated some church funds for a dodgy business venture. The man who cooked up the venture was Roger Ellis who disappeared with the money and Green was banished from his Parish. Was Green a murderer? It WAS him who discovered Radcliffe's body...........

Reverend Green is afraid that Morgan's book will rock the Church's foundations. Professor Plum tries to sell Morgan tape recordings he has made with bugs all around Arlington Grange. Morgan, however, threatens to tell the residents what Plum has been up to. It also transpires that Colonel Mustard was in the S.A.S. with the Royal bodyguard in the early 80s when a kidnap attempt was made on Princess Stephanie. SUM UP
For the final time, all six suspects do one of the murders leaving the obvious choice of Mrs. Peacock as the last villain of the piece. Mrs. Peacock actually committed the very first and very last murders in the four seasons. Once again the weapons were a lot more random and, for the rooms, the Kitchen & Study were used twice while the Library & Dining Room were not used at all.
