Well, here's a new slant on CLUEDO. Called Private Dick and selling in the Ann Summers chain of stores.

There has been an incident and Madame Sleaze has been found pleasured senseless at her Bordello. It's up to you, Private Dick, to investigate and find the culprit.

There's a great array of suspects, possible toys and rooms in this edition.

The Suspects are coloured in the normal way except that there is no Purple Player. Scarlett is Miss Demeanour, Mustard changes sex to become Miss Behave, White is now the Reverend Everhard, Green remains male as Private Parts, Peacock aptly turns into Master Bates and finally the Black character is Miss Whiplash.

The toys are a set of furry handcuffs, some Massage Lotion, a Nobby Nail File, a Rampant Rabbit Elite, an amusingly named Blow Up Rubber Man called Roger More and a Whip!

There are only 8 rooms here instead of the usual 9 and has one room in common with the normal CLUEDO. These are the Boudoir, Cocktail Lounge, Massage Parlour, Closet, Back Passage (No, honestly!!), Steam Room, Dining Room & Dungeon.

The staring squares are different to normal CLUEDO. The women start on the three circles between the Boudoir & Cocktail Lounge, while the guys start on the circles between the Closet & The Dining Room. Also there are no secret passages but there are two squares with footprint and a red arrow pointing to another circle. These are "Lube Slides" and can take you closer to a room you are heading for.

The toys come on small round coloured discs and, like the normal weapons, are placed randomly at the start of the game.

The game is played in the normal CLUEDO way but the cheap buggers haven't included any detective notes and suggest that a plain sheet of paper is used to mark off the characters, toys & rooms eliminated. There is an Incident Cards holder and the usual rule sheet.

Well, it's a good clean bit of fun.
