SPANISH CLUEDO (CIRCA 1980's)

CLICK ON THE THUMBNAILS TO OPEN THE LARGER PICTURE

Yet another undated European CLUEDO. The box is slightly reminiscent of the English 1990 edition so have dated it around the 80s. The cards are a standard set and are all the suspects are the same colour as the English counterparts unlike the earlier 1972 version in which only Miss Scarlet (Srta. Amapola) is the only character to keep the same name in both editions.

The board is the classic floor plan design and features the rooms:-

1. Hall (Hall)
2. Salon (Living Room)
3. Comedor (Dining Room)
4. Cocina (Kitchen)
5. Dormitorio (Bedroom 0r Dormitory)
6. Terraza (Terrace)
7. Despacho (Office)
8. Biblioteca (Library)
9. Estudio (Study)

The most interesting thing about the European CLUEDO's is the way the rooms seem to change around between editions. As an example, the above lists the rooms for this edition which is a change from the rooms below in the 1972 Spanish edition.

1. Hall (Hall)
2. Terraza (Terrace)
3. Comedor (Dining Room)
4. Cocina (Kitchen)
5. Salon (Living Room)
6. Cuarto de Bano (Bathroom)
7. Dormitorio (Bedroom 0r Dormitory)
8. Despacho (Office)
9. Garaje (Garage)

The inner box has good compartmentation and the weapons are all grey plastic and if you look closely at the picture below, you can see them around the printed playing cards at the top.
